CS Ganapathi is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India,(ICSI) having over 20 years of vast experience in the field of Corporate Laws, Secretarial matters, FEMA related compliances, handling of Public Issues, Representation before the various Authorities like Ministry of Corporate Affairs,  Offices of Regional Director, Benches of National Company Law Tribunal, across India, Setting up of Joint Venture & Technical Collaborations etc. He has worked with various reputed Chartered Accountants firms and various large Public Limited Companies. He has been a Managing Committee member of  Bangalore Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for two consecutive terms of four years since 2007, held various positions and was CHAIRMAN of Bangalore Chapter of ICSI in 2011.  He has been elected to Southern India Regional Council of ICSI in 2014 for the term 2015 – 2018 and  Chairman of Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) of the ICSI in the year 2017. He has been consultant for the Indo – German Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FKCCI) and Bangalore Chamber of Industries & Commerce (BCIC) and for various Auditing & Consultancy firms.
